Terry Lee White

The earthly season of my life is over, so I have gone to a place where all mankind must go. It is a place beyond the open gates. All have been invited, but only a few will be chosen to remain forever. This place holds all eternal promises. I have gone to a place of everlasting peace and no more worries or sickness. This is a place where there is no pain or sorrow, and teardrops have ceased. I don’t want my exit from this life to be painful for any of my family and friends because I love each of you.

The season of life for Terry Lee White, began on August 13, 1963 and ended on January 23, 2026 at his residence in Palatka, FL. 

A celebration of his life was held on Friday,  February 6, 2026  @ 11 a.m. at Greater Faith Community Church.  Bishop Curtiss Cordy officiated. 

On August 13, 1963, Terry Lee White made his grand entrance to Willie Mae White and the late Freddie Veasley Jr. in Washington County. Terry was loved and admired by his family and friends. 

Terry received his education in the Washington County Public School system. He was a graduate of Washington County High School, class of 1981. After graduating from high school, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. He later resided in Palatka,Florida, where he was employed with Tom Jones Concrete Solutions Inc. and did roofing as well, but Terry called it blessed hands.

He attended Life-Changing Outreach Ministries in Palatka, FL,with Bishop Keith Woodard.

God’s plans are not always our plans. Making his transition as one of God’s precious angels, God spoke and said, “Peace be Thine,” my child; he answered his call on Friday, January 22, 2026, at his residence in Palatka, FL.

Terry was preceded in death by his father, wife, Sharon White, and nephew, Terance White Sr.

Wheeler’s Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
